Deprecating a legacy contracts page

Research revealed that agents were confused by two different tools for managing contracts, which lowered efficiency.

I streamlined the experience by merging them into one cohesive space, improving usability and agent productivity.

Push the adoption of the full suite of features.

KAE was underutilised due to limited visibility when accessed via Salesforce. I researched agent workflows during a two-week embedded Salesforce trial and collaborated with product and engineering to optimise layout, improving visibility and driving broader feature adoption.

Improving the readability and usability of compliance scripts for agents.

Redesigned the move-in compliance script based on feedback from a compliance team member gathered through a questionnaire.

A streamlined funding structure designed to operate alongside the existing system.

Implemented a mechanism that enabled cards to draw funds directly from the main company account, while preserving the current setup that allocates funds to individual users.

Strong Customer Authentication

Added an additional layer of security to adhere to rules set in the Payment Services Regulations which have taken effect from 14th September 2019.
